Family Sponsored Immigration

This process is possible by submitting an immigrant petition to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). This petition must be filled out by either the USC Husband/Wife, USC parent, U.S. Son/Daughter over 21 years old, USC Brother/Sister over 21 years old. A legal permanent resident, husband/wife may sponsor his/her family in certain cases.
